Diabetic Weight Loss

FAQ Page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,

Q: In addition to my diabetes I'm also at the age where I'm having arthritis. Do you think that Boron would help?
A: I can't really say. You would have to speak to your doctor about this and see if there is any reason why you shouldn't take Boron. I know that some people have discovered that they didn't have arthritis but instead had skeletal fluorosis (can you say fluoride water?) which mimics arthritis and have found relief with Boron. But that's something you would have to discuss with your doctor.

Q: I'm thinking of taking cod liver oil to get more vitamin A. Can you recommend a company?
A: Before you purchase cod liver oil you may want to discuss this with your doctor. As a diabetic you may be discouraged from taking this supplement. Your doctor can best advise you if it is safe for you to take.

Q: Will your Diabetic Weight Management program cure my diabetes? I'm tired of being jerked around by everyone. I just want someone to give me a straight answer.
A: Cure means different things to different people. For a holistic practitioner it means a "restoration of health". If your body is healthy and free of disease then you might consider yourself "cured". However, the medical model may define "cure" as being "free of symptoms". This is the basis of most drugs to alleviate symptoms of your disease rather than return the body to a healthy state. For example cancer is a symptom it is not the cause. The goal of the Diabetic Weight Management program is to help restore your whole body to a state of health. To allow your body to heal itself. I can't cure you, the program itself can't cure you, no one can "cure" you. Only your body can do this. By implementing your own custom Diabetic Weight Management program you can provide your body with the tools it needs to heal itself.

Q: You mentioned oxygenated water in a previous posting. Is there any proof that this works? Have there been any studies on this? Is this FDA approved?
A: I understand your confusion on this issue. It's important to ask for and get facts. Let's discuss the "real world" for a moment. I believe this is where most people become confused. In the real world if you want FDA approval you're going to need at least $10 million dollars just to get in the door. Who has that kind of money? Do you? The only people who can afford to throw away this kind of money are drug companies who simply pass on this expense to the consumer. This effectively freezes out everyone who doesn't have $10 million dollars. Thus giving drug companies an monopoly on new drugs. Now, let's look at all the drugs the FDA has approved over the last few years which has killed thousands of people. The proof? Every time you watch television you'll see some law firm with a "Medical Alert" for some drug the FDA had approved. Doesn't hurt the drug companies. They can make $3 Billion off an "approved drug" and may have to pay out $500 million to those they harmed or the families who died. They still made a profit. (BTW: Congress is now looking at passing a law so that drug companies can't be sued) As for "proving" that oxygenated water works many health professionals use it and as I mentioned dentist also use it. I'm not suggesting or recommending you do. I only stated that I did for my own personal use. If you want to prove it to yourself then you'll need a Nellcor oxygen sensor monitor. Find your blood oxygen level prior to drinking the oxygenated water then re-test afterwards. Decide for yourself if it works. BTW: Many countries in Europe use ozone to purify their water.

Q: The one thing I hate about holistic practioners and others in the health field is that they can't seem to give me a definitive answer. Why can't I get a straight answer out of any of you?
A: You have the FDA and AMA to thank for that. They impede our basic "freedom of speech"rights. It's also very frustrating for us. Although we might know the solution to your problem we can't legally tell you the solution because we're not licensed doctors. The only people who can give health advice are medical doctors. Sometimes you simply have to read between the lines. On the other hand licensed medical doctors who know that a supplement or herb would help you also can't tell you about it for fear of having their license suspended or taken away. This is what leaves the door wide open for fraud. Like spam, the only people who seem to get their message across are the ones who shouldn't. And, the ones who are legitimate are forbidden to communicate with you for fear of a lawsuit or prison. It's an insane world.

Q: I heard you on a radio interview and loved what you said about cholesterol and cancer cells. I tried to write it down but wasn't able to get everything. Could you please repeat it for me? Thank you.
A: Keep in mind that I'm not a medical doctor. This is just my observation. My observation of how medical research looks at cholesterol and cancer cells is this -- they believe that they are the *cause* and therefore the bad guys. The illustration I like to use is this. Imagine for a moment that you live in an area where there's a lot of construction going on. A lot of heavy construction trucks are driving up and down your road. Because of the weight of these construction trucks you notice potholes forming on the road. Once the construction is over and the trucks have left the city sends in repair trucks to repair the damage. These trucks place tar and gravel into the potholes to help repair the road. From a "medical research" perspective it is these repair trucks who come to repair the potholes that are the "cause" of the potholes. However, you and I know that it's not the repair trucks but the construction trucks that came before it. This is how "medical research" has determined cholesterol is bad for you. All they see are the repair trucks and based whether something is good or bad for you upon this false asumption. What needs to be looked at is not the cholesterol which is there to repair the damage but what caused the damage (potholes) to require your body to produce the cholesterol to initiate repairs? The same thing with cancer cells. It's not the cancer cells that are the problem. They're there to repair the body. Your body has produced the cancer cells to repair your body. Cancer cells appear where organs have been damaged by toxins. Not too surprisingly upon closer inspection we discover that our bodies have been storing a lot of toxins (trans fats, food chemicals, and heavy metals, etc.) in the "cancer area" which has been damaging the cells. Cancer cells are the cause of the damage. They are your bodies way of trying to heal itself. So what happens when you lower cholesterol and destroy the cancer cells? In most cases people tend to die. Because you've effectively removed what your body created to protect you.

Q: I don't understand why you're so against supplements. I've been taking them for years and I don't think they've caused any harm.
A: I believe you may have answered your own question. Supplements are defined as something you take on a temporary basis rather than a permanent basis. If you take them longer than three months then you're no longer taking supplements. The fact is that your body is not designed to take supplements in the form of a capsul. Your body is designed to assimilate all of it's needs from the foods you eat. Most of the supplements on the market are petroleum based. The question to ask yourself would you normally drink 10w40 motor oil? Or, gasoline? Or eat plastic? Then why are you ingesting supplements based upon petroleum oil? Your body has no clue what to do with these petroleum based supplements you're taking. Let's look for a moment at supplements. Let's say that you're the star pitcher for a baseball team. You're the best of the best. According to "medical research" if I wanted to be a star pitcher, too then all I would have to do is cut off your pitching arm and transplant it to mine. Then I would be a star pitcher for a baseball team, too. But it doesn't work that way does it? Medical research ignores that it also takes "eye hand" coordination. It also takes balance. It also takes the strength of your abs and back not to mention your neuons and a lot of other things. You see whole is greater than the parts. This also applies to supplements. You can't simply take calcium for example. You also need boron, vitamin D, magnesium and many other things found in a seed, fruit or vegetable.

Q: I've lost so much weight. In the last three months I've lost nearly 37lbs. The first month was kind of rough but once I got used to it this all makes sense. I'm glad my doctor referred me to you. Not only have I lost weight I've also regained control over my diabetes and my doctor tells me that if I continue on your program that I won't have to worry about taking insulin shots. I was wondering about the mouth wash you suggest. Exactly how does this help my digestion?
A: As I mentioned before I had severe dental problems. I had gone to different dentists for nearly seven years and not one of them could help me with my problem. They were all very anxious to give me root canals but not one of them could tell me what was causing the problem. Through my own research I finally discovered it was the mouthwash and toothpaste I was using. It was not because I was brushing too hard or that I wasn't using an electric toothbrush or because I wasn't flossing or any other nonsense they came up with. The toothpaste with it's flouride was taking minerals out of my body and introducing titanium and other heavy metals into my system. The mouthwash was alcohol based and causing dry mouth and then adding sugar which was a recipe for disaster. Take a look at your mouthwash. You'll discover it either has alcohol in it or a "drying agent". Your mouth is intended to by wet not dry. Remove the wetness and you make your mouth vulnerable to disease. Add sugar in any form and you invite bacteria to grow in your mouth. It took me more than three years to recover from the damage of my toothpaste, mouthwash and dentist. I did it with the rinse you're using which kills bacteria while allowing the mouth to remain wet.

Q: You know I had to laugh when I read the faq on people who were complaining about your fees. I'm spending more than $500 in medication that isn't doing me one lick of good. I know it my doctors know it but that's all they could offer me until I found out about this website. Amaryl itself is running me around $85 per month. By itself it's going to run about $1000 a year add all of my medications for my heart, thyroid and other stuff and we're talking about $6000 per year for the rest of my life. So yeah, if you told me I had to pay everything up front to you I'd still think it was a heck of a deal. I not only get off the meds but I have a real chance to feel better. Tell me something I'm kinda curious. Do you have diabetes or high blood pressure or high cholesterol?
A: I was fortunate enough to be able to reverse myself out of that situation. Due to health problems with my dental care and the inability to find competent dentist in my area I had some severe health problems that nearly killed me. I had a stroke, I had constant infections, I had high blood pressure and I had high cholesterol. When I finally figured out what was causing my dental problems I was able to figure out the rest and regained my health and lost weight. Dropping from 275lbs to 230lbs in about four months. I went from a size 50 waist to about a size 38. My blood pressure has dropped to 107/65 and my pulse is 67bpm.
