Dietitians, like everyone else, have different levels of competentcy, knowledge and skills. Think of this service as a "second opinion". Although there are quite a few excellent dietitians there are also many who have not upgraded their view of foods for the last forty years.

Keep in mind that my goal is to have you master your plan so you won't need me. There's quite a bit of work to be done the first six weeks and then it starts getting better after that. The final result is that this is something you will enjoy doing for the rest of your life. This isn't a diet. This is a way of life. You're learning how to eat correctly and to enjoy eating again. Gone are the fad diets, starvation, calorie counting, food exchanges and all the rest of the nonsense.
